Z Gallerie filed for bankruptcy last week, after shutting down 21 stores earlier this year. Of course the first question that pops up is whether or not the retailer will continue to accept gift cards.

According to one news article, the retailer plans on asking the court for permission to continue to allow them to accept gift cards, among other customer programs and deposits. I placed a call to customer service who informed me that gift cards are still being accepted at store locations, online and for phone purchases.

Needless to say, if you have a Z Gallerie gift card, use it now!
